Secret of having a productive day | 5 of 365 Mindfulness Practices

I Finally had a semi-productive day after a whole month of procrastinating. Writing down this sentence even makes my eyes water a little…..

My ultimate suggestion for my fellow procrastinators:

  1. Make plans as detailed as possible. Be specific.(Plan it down to at least half an hour. You know those super organized people have schedule set like “call John at 4:43pm and finish the call before 4:48pm”…..)
  2. Be realistic. You can’t have 48 hours a day anyway.
  3. Join a productive and organized friend.
  4. Don’t start your work with social media.

Next day’s mindfulness practice is:

Jan. 5th: While eating your meal, focus all your attention on eating, placing your fork down in between mouthfuls to take time while chewing. Savour each mouthful and bring awareness to every taste.
